God's Plan

This afternoon, I received a sad news from Along... she had a miscarriage. I know how she and her husband really, really, really wanted a baby in their family but I guess God has a better plan for them.

To Along, I hope you embrace this with a strong heart. Accept it as a test from Allah to you and your husband.

I can't say that I know how devastated you are, but believe me, I cried when I heard the news and I'm still in tears while I'm writing this post. I'm truly, deeply sorry to hear the news and I pray that one day, you both will be granted with what you both had been longing for. Ameen...

But for now, there's nothing more that I wish for other than your good health. So, do take care of yourself because you know that there's still a lot of friends who love and worry about you - and I'm one of them. I love you and I love our friendship. Through hardest and happiest time, we will stick together - till the end of time.

Birthday!!!

Gosh...I totally forgot to post about dad's birthday event. His birthday was on 30th January.Hahahaa...it's been quite awhile already and I've just noticed it when I'm editing Mum's birthday party photos. Well, nevermind...I'll just sum it all here in one post, okay?

So, here's the snap shots from dad's birthday party. We celebrated it at home with a home-cooked meals and the cake was from Secret Recipes - as usual. I can't remember but I think it was Oreo Cheese Cake. But what's important was that all the family members were there to celebrate it. It was a huge fun...even Farah, our next door neighbour came.

And....here is mum's birthday celebration. Originally we wanted to dine out on that day but unfortunately our little baby nephew and niece already fell asleep. Besides, mum came back a bit late from mosque because it was Thursday - Yassin recitation day. So, we just bought Nasi Kukus from the infamous Kak Yah Nasi Kukus in Kemaman and cut the cakes. The next day - Friday night - we went out for our family dinner at our favorite local Seafood Restaurant in Bukit Kuang. At first, dad wanted to treat us all...but at the end, it was Abang Razi who paid for it. Thanks bro...it was a great meal! I was full to the top.

Find A Guy Who...

Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot,
who calls you back when you hang up on him,
who will lie under the stars and listen to your heartbeat,
or will stay awake just to watch you sleep...

wait for the guy who kisses your forehead,
who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats,
who holds your hand in front of his friends,
who thinks you' re just as pretty without makeup on.

One who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares,
and how lucky he is to have YOU...
The one who turns to his friends and says, thats her...

Bless The Broken Road

This is a lovely song especially for a wedding dedications. I wish I have somebody to dedicate it to...but yeah, like the song said -

Every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
So, maybe I'm on my way into finding him...just maybe.

Dedicated to BEAR :-)

This entry I dedicated it to Wan Bear whose soon going to be a husband. I would like to wish him Congratulation on his wedding in advance. I can't decide whether I'm going to his wedding or not yet because his wedding date falls a day before my working day starts. So I doubt if I have enough time to rush back to Kemaman. Moreover, I can't attend his lady side of the wedding too because I have another wedding invitation on that March 14th, which I have to go because she is my friend since our school days. OMG...lets change that...i have not only one but TWO wedding invitations now on March 14th. Another friend of mine - an old MIRC friend - just came by to pass me his invitation card all the way from Ajil. Tsk...now I'm undecided.

Well, looks like this month of March is really a mating season, huh?? ( an ustazah taught me that idea ) . So far I already have not only 3 but FIVE weddings to attend to. Hah..there goes my diet programme....*fly*fly*fly.... But above all, I'm happy for them and wish them all the best in continuing their life journey and in building their own family legacy.

Hahhh~~~I wonder if my time would ever come. Deep inside me sometimes i doubt it.

Anyway,

Bear,

May your love grow more and more stronger, with each day you live together.
May your day be brighter with her by your side, holding hands together.
May you grow wiser with each problem you face and solve together.
May your courage never fails you to protect her,
and to go through good and bad times - together.
Congratulation on your wedding!

Sorry if my poem suxx! Hahahah... it just came across my mind this last minute :P
